This item was packaged well, and arrived when expected. This package comes with three different adapter plates. It worked well. It was also very convenient that they graciously included a steel 'ejection pin'. I had lost my previously one and the one provided works great.
I would recommend this item for anyone needing to adapt their nano SIM to one of the other sizes.

Works perfectly fine on my Motorola Moto G Plus (4th Gen) , Broke my Moto X and had to go back to my previous Moto G, But I needed the Nano to Micro adapter. Unlike other cheaper adapters that I tried, this one worked very well because of the way how the hole in the adapter is made, it's got a clear cover on it and you slip the sim card underneath it, therefore you don't have to worry about it slipping out and damaging the slot. But this is just my own experience with the product, others may have other issues. Either way, I'm a happy customer and I'm able to get back to work!!!
